What should I do if I've put the wrong fuel in my car?

Do not turn the key or start the engine. If you're on a forecourt, put it in neutral and push it clear of the pump. Then call a mobile fuel-drain service — the fuel can be removed on-site and the system flushed, usually in under an hour.
